Invoices, payments and defaults

Invoice numbering, payment terms and bank details live under Business settings. Draft invoices can be edited; issued invoices use an immutable snapshot so later setting changes do not rewrite customer history.

Record payments against the invoice and use Reports to see cash received, outstanding balances and overdue work.
